She has helped countless women by having the wonderful gift of being able to get before the doctors/specialists, interviewing them, gleaning what information is necessary and then putting it in book form for all of us to understand.

| I bought this book after years of suffering shoulder and neck pain that could not be attributed to anything specific. Chiropractic care and Acupuncture helped some, but the treatments are expensive and not always available on a weekend. So I tried the book and found that by manipulating the trigger points, the pain would eventually dissipate. Its rather amazing that this simple therapy is not better known.

| This book helped to give me a different perspective of my husband's issues with alcohol. This book gave me hope that a cure to alcoholism is possible if someone is willing. | I cannot believe I haven't heard about this book before, and cannot put it down. Easy reading, not too technical, very good examples of various experiments, and drawing from 'ancient' knowledge as well as finding very pertinent references to the "Field" from people from various walks of life over the last century - how come they 'knew' about this and so many of us are disconnected?

| The most thorough book I've seen. Arnold Schwarzenegger did a remarkable job covering any aspect of bodybuilding. From the different exercises, programs and nutrition to the most subtle topics. I read a few other books and this book is definitely the best one I read so far - VERY RECOMMENDED! |
