This book is packed full of surprising information about how many calories we can consume without realizing it! It is also a good reference book to take along with you in the car - or on a trip - just so you don't get hooked into a high-calorie situation when you need a quick meal at a restaurant. I also bought "Eat This Not That FOR KIDS," which also opened my eyes about the foods I USED TO GIVE to my 3-year old daughter!

It's not so much the book, but the diet. The book is an easy read that answers all your questions about the diet. Also I found the exercise program very helpful. As a construction worker and a parent on the go all the time I found the meals were hard to prepare. You need to adapt to the foods allowed and not allowed group. Overall...it works. I have been on this diet for one month and have lost over 20 lbs. And I find that I am very seldom hungry.

This book is very easy to read as it is in "layman's" language. It is also funny and the cartoons and caricatures add to the interest. For an eighty-three year old I really enjoyed it.

I didn't think that blood type would affect how my body metabolized the food I eat until I read this book. It makes perfect sense. I reccomend everyone that has the time read this book because it will open up your eyes to why you feel bad after eating certian things and better after others.

Books is the BEST I have ever seen on showing muscles for each exercise. Hands down winner. All my workout partners use it often to review our exercises.

But we also found a book that has the workouts planned out in simple charts. Has the weights, # of reps and everything. AND THEY WORK. I have lost over 12 lbs of fat in 3 months and spend less time in the Gym.

I have to admit I was a little skeptical when I ordered this, but I was willing to give it a shot. I'd heard of T-Tapp before, but really didn't know much about it. You do a series of exercises in a certain sequence, and the claim is that you will lose inches off your abs, hips, thighs, arms, etc. -- everywhere, actually. This book is absolutely wonderful in its presentation of what is going on inside your body when doing yoga.
