VHS : Indiana Jones Trilogy (Box Set) [1984]
The films are superb as they are and they are just enhanced with this brilliant box set. A few great things about this set is you get interviews with George Lucas, Steven Spielberg and Harrison at the end of each film, the film quality has been digitally remastered and the sound, and the box that holds all the videos is nice too! So all in all well worth the money for any Indy fan!

VHS : The Big Blue: Version Longue [1989]
I first watched this movie in 1992 in America and loved it. The calmness of Jacques was so ethereal and gave Jean Reno a chance to shine so comically. I became an instant fan and started watching more Luc Besson movies. However, on returning to the UK and purchasing it for a friend, I was mortified by the Eric Sierra score which jarred with the story. To add insult to injury, I purchased 2 soundtrack cd's hoping for the Goldsmith music. So what I'm trying to say is, watch the US version which is a completely ... Read More:

Quite a good western.Certainly not a classic though.VAL KILMERS portrayal of Doc holliday was worthy of an Oscar. He was nothing short of brilliant with his wit and poignant moments.I could watch this film over and over again for his performance alone.

VHS : Dunkirk [1958]
Brilliant! Historic film from WW2 showing true British 'grit' and shows the true meaning of the 'Dunkirk Spirit'. Keeps to events and Sir John Mills gives a very good performance.

VHS : Tango And Cash [1989]
Great movie, one of my favourite films from my childhood, and by far the greatest buddie movie ever made. I've got this film on a ancient VHS and still watch it from time to time. Look out for the late great Brion James of Blade Runner fame as the dodgy cockney geezer. Great perfomances from Sly, Russell and Palance too.

It's about time this was released as it was meant to be seen.

ok so it might not be a typical family watching film, but i grew up watching this film with my dad and it never bothered me or gave me nightmares or anything. It has now become an absolute favourite of mine and i make my fiance watch it over and over again when we rent it constantly from the video shop. I have to buy it...this film and of course kickboxer, another family favourite. The music throughout these films are awesome. Such feel good films and who doesnt love to watch jean claude van damme in that leotard. haha.

Why this film has had so many negative comments is for me amazing. The stars acting is super. The plot really good and the twist is great.

Well worth buying!

I love it. From all the epics made in Hollywood it has the best script. I don't know another one that makes me laugh. This one truly has a good sense of humor and sarcasm. Not to forget the story about love, hate, courage - simply everything that makes a good movie. The actors are great - no one will forget Peter Ustinov's performance, and Robert Taylor - here he is not only as handsome as a man can be, his acting is also fine with a good sense of irony, great professionalism, topped by a very charming appearance.
