| Bought this a few months ago very difficult to master.
Wanted to transfer raw camera data dynax 5d to tiff or jpeg wouldn`t transfer to tiff so tried jpeg but there was a problem,the jpeg files were exclusively for web use only so the pics were tiny.. Why cant i buy a simple programme to transfer raw to tiff or jpeg without all these complications? if u r like me this could prove a dissapoitment! |

| this is a really good tool for passing. my friend bought it too and he passed 1st time. make sure you do the hazard perception as well as the questions in the theory as the CD says fail either section and you have to do both again. this is really informative :) |

| Have used Norton for 5yrs with no problems but this years renewal came around and couldnt access Norton web pages from AOL to download renewal, so what to do? Checked out prices for whole new package and Amazon the best by far. Received in couple of days but then dredding the actual update. Would AOL work afterwards and how many days would it take to get back online, last year with download renewal took 3 days!!! | I like Norton products and so I am a little biased. I find the Norton package easy to use and with this on my PC I feel safe from attacks and threats from the internet and malicious software, emails. It's vital to have protection on your PC and the options are limited. With the Norton 360 solution it covers all ports and really is essential. On first time use it may seem unwieldy but the programme is soon mastered. |

| I already had a backup/restore facility on my Acer laptop via so called Acer Empowering Technology. However it always took 3.5 hours to complete a full system backup which sometimes failed first time stretching the run time to an incredible 7 hours! Getting very fed up with this and having heard good reports on Acronis True Image I have just purchased the 11. version.

| I have been using Kaspersky anti-viral software now for over two years having in the past used different anti-viral products. I have found Kaspersky software very good and have had no problems with the software. Installation is easy just by clicking and following the onscreen prompts like recommended installation and the job is done. I cannot recommend this product highly enough. |
