| On first listen this reminded me of very early 80's Culture Club beats with early Kim Wilde vocals mixed with loads of funk!! Then it hit me, that The Ting Tings are a reincarnated Transvision Vamp, with the punky / rocky edge!! It's gonna take a few listens to get me hooked but the tracks Great DJ, the huge No.1 single That's Not My Name and Shut Up And Let Me Go are so full of attitude and funk they over-power everything else what's on the cd - worth a listen definately - not a bad cd, and they ... | Went to the NME Tour in Feb and missed the Tings Tings as they were first on and I was being a drunkard in the pub. Was quite gutted as I heard Great DJ on XFM Manchester and fancied seeing what this band were about. So I got tickets to see them a couple of months later at the SugarMill in Stoke (duck)They were fantastic, great music, greats vibes, and for a new band a pretty good stage presence. | I reckon this is one of the better releases this week, not much else out, only dreary old Adele - enough to send you bonkers and the front cover to the single...blimey...she looks miserable as ever. On this Ting Tings CD single is a very, very good remix by Haji & Emanuel - just love it! |

| This is one of the most annoying songs I have heard this year. It sounds crude, brash and pretentious. The drumbeats and singing are nauseating to listen to and hurt the ears and the lyrics are a spectacular nonsense.
The only reason I am not giving it one star is it is funny in a bad way. |

| i've heard the single and seen them live, think white stripes meets blondie with attitude. Katie and Jules sound great their shows are brilliant. I saw them as the opening act on a four act bill. They blew away two groups and equalled the cribs in their performance. They will be your favourite new band and deserve all the hype and success that is waiting |
