| Nasal breathing has previously been a rarity - colds, hay fever or just blocked sinuses. But since I got the basic kit in the winter I've had few, if any, colds. And now with spring I'm still breathing easily.
I don't use it daily, so the original 30 sachets have only just run out (I've order a replcement 10oz salt tub rather than sachets or diy). But when I do feel the sinuses under pressure, and get a little sniffly, a quick rinse through and I'm fine within an hour or two. ... Read More: |

| Easy to use (make sure you breathe properly through your mouth or it will drip into your throat!) Can be uncomfortable to use if you have sinus pressure. Great little product that helps relieve some pressure. It's not a miracle but it is more effective than taking medicine, in my opinion. Well worth the money as it is not expensive for a health product that does work. |
