| Had a breadmaker several years ago, and the loaves turned out like bricks, but decided to give it another go, as the price of bread in the shops has rocketed. Selected the Panasonic because of the positive write ups on Amazon. It's FAB. The Xlarge loaf I find difficult to cut as it's too tall to grip, but the large loaf is just perfect. | I bought this item 6 months ago after my previous one gave up after 4 years. SincE then I have tried different types of flour, yeast etc and 50% of loaves have not come out satisfactory. I am reluctant to use the timer and off the shelf bread mixes rarELy work. I may have a bad model but I would certainly not use this model again. I have worked in the homebaking industry and have used a variety of machines, this is without a doubt the most unreliable I have seen to date |

| Bought this based on the Which? report, it was judged the best standalone solo microwave. It is a bit plastic-y, and the first one I received was broken (not encouraging). Credit to Amazon though, they sent a replacement that arrived the next day - well done Amazon! New one great, and so far working as hoped! Would recommend it. |

| I bought this six months ago and used it very lightly. Last week it just stopped working. So I'm out all that money and am stuck with a big, heavy oven. I can't even throw it in the bin. I have to have someone come and haul it away. Just use your oven and a cheap microwave and don't waste your money. |

| i have owned and used this microwave daily, i do cook, but its so useful, after 8 months it has broken and panasonic are a pain when it comes to a problem with their goods. i highly recommend the microwave, bought through amazon you do have extra back up and they will provide replacement once you have reference no. from panasonic, just keep all of your receipts and details...blah blah |

| I have had several microwaves over the years and this is by far the best.
It is an 'Inverter' microwave, this means that when using functions such as defrost rather than 'pulsing' on high power, it can actually operate at a lower power which most microwaves can't. It is the first microwave I have used with a decent browning and crisping function. | I have just had a Panasonic microwave break TWICE within 15 months. It just stops working (and flips out the fuses in my kitchen when it does so). I won't be buying Panasonic again either. |
