| This perfect for very young babies. To an adult eye (or any child over maybe 6 months) it's something and nothing. BUT, let your baby decide. You'll see it's so very well suited to him/her. Six pages of simple faces or patterns that mesmerise very young babies. We used ours with our daughter from aged 4 weeks. We would just have it open were she could see it and she'd become calm and transfixed. The contrasts delight little babies. A fabulous value for money first book for the very small. |

| My 15 month old boy loves this book mainly because he loves opening flaps! We vary between this and the 'Where's Spot' book (where the flaps are easier to spot). He never seems to tire of them! |

| This much-loved classic is my 10-month old boy's favourite. We deliberately went for the hardback version with board pages, which is capable of withstanding the inevitable bashing it receives better than the paperback version. (The flaps are thin card - hardly indestructible but sturdy enough to require some considerable effort to tear.)

| We are also true fans, but the additional Maisy doll really was the icing on te cake! My son is 18 months old, and he really loves it-especially taking off the clothes, and is truly amazed and delighted to see that Maisy has a bellybutton, too! |

| I introduced my daughter to this book a month ago when she was 9 months old, and it is by far her favourite book. She crawls over to it and lobs other books out of the way to get to it, and then happily sits turning the pages and opening and closing the flaps, she can't get enough of it no matter what time of day it is, although we also read it every night before bed as well. | We found this tale of Fox and his search for his clothes lovely and useful. The story is fun. The length of the story and content seems just the right appeal for toddlers (I have a 18m old ) to get interested in learning clothes & then 'getting dressed' too. The lengh of the book seems good for us so that it stays interesting (and usually we like to read it again!). We love 'lift the flap' books too & 'finding the clothes' in this one is fun. |

| Initially I did not like these books at all. The flaps are tiny and fragile - very easy for little people to pull off without even meaning to. I was not impressed with the way that some of the flaps only have writing underneath, for example ' one, well done'. However, my daughter loves these books and is quite obsessed. She also loves the Dr Seuss collection. Both sets are perfect for little hands (she is 1). She spends as much time putting them in and out of their box as she does reading them. A positive about ... | We purchased this for our little girl over a year ago, and she still really enjoys it.
The book is based around a game of hide-and-seek. All the pigs are hiding in different places, some under the bed, another under a towel etc. To find each pig you have to lift up a little flap. Unlike in pop-up books the little flaps are securely attached and should remain so to a large extent (although minor repairs with celotape are easy when necessary).
