The author recommends organic, raw, vegan food and includes some superb recipes for true healthy living. | First off,a confession.I am a little bit biased towards Rosemary Conley as I find her absolutely gorgeous for a woman of 60.Just look at the photo on the front cover.She looks incredible.She alone is the best advert for this book and surely the most stunning OAP around.

| I bought 5 other books on the same subject to help me with my 6 (going on 16 and so fully of attitude) year old daughter and my 8 year old son. Quite simply it works! The key is not to argue with the children which the book emphasises through out. Every time you think "thats all very well but what if...." the question is answered. | I bought this book before embarking on potty training my 2.5 year old daughter. I was encouraged by the customer review and thought I would go ahead and buy it - I was not disappointed.
Having read the Gina Ford book (Potty Training in One Week), I knew that approach was not for me - far too regimented and unrealistic and no FUN! | I bought this book because of the very good reviews. I found it heavy, tedious, boring and superficial - it failed to get underneath the real micro issues that are going on in failing or 'tired' relationships. The information it contains is pretty much the same as was being published 20 years ago, in my experience. The seven steps aren't rocket science and there's certainly no magic ingredient here, if you are expecting one. The folder is beautifully presented with loads of sheets for notes and checklists, to help you get your ideas together and keep yourself organised. | I have made lots of the recipes in this book (in fact its one of my most used recipe books)- they are always tasty, and filling, and generally fairly cheap and quick and easy to make. Unlike alot of recipe books, it tends to use mainly ingredients you would have in your cupboard, with means less trips to the shops and less money spent (and you dont end up with a cupboard full of stuff you bought for a recipe and will never use again!)
Its also fairly unsahamed about using tinned stuff or ready made sauces if it makes the recipe quicker ... Read More: |

| I thought this book was okay particularly for very first weaning/ purees but was a bit disappointing over all. I got another book by Sara Lewis which was much better for baby meal ideas and practical advices. I did like the way this books tells you what nutrients are in the recipes however. |
