| I thought this was a good book - VERY easy to read and worked it's way through the chapters well. It certainly helped set the foundations for the early days of parenthood, although I don't feel it's the kind of book that I'll have lying around to use as a reference tool once the bundle of joy arrives. It has definitely made me feel a lot calmer about the whole thing and I'd recommend it to anybody as an excellent starting point. |

| I bought this book for my 13 year old, what a well written funny book. It is written in an informative yet relaxed way that most normal teenagers will understand. Although we have a relaxed approach to answering sex questions there are some things a teenage boy just cant ask his parents, this book filled in the gaps. Buy it ! |

| This book is fantastic 24 - 18st (and still losing weight!).
Results speak for themselves. I advise you to read an article on the internet 'what if it has been one big fat lie?' Gary Taubes. I've now bought his book. This is what has led me to do the diet - and also from seeing results on other friends and family members. | I am a first time mum and a fussy eater myself. I was concerned that i would not pick the correct foods or be imaginative enough to make meals. My mum bought this book for me as she heard that Annabel Karmel is really good. Now I started using this book step by step, my little boy has tried and loved everything in it and is not thankfully a fussy eater. I have even cooked and adapted some of the receipes for my partner and me. I truly recommend this book as it has in deed been my bible. I love it. |

| This is just the book to have if you are into hillwalking in the UK hills. The good old Langmuir book was just a little too long winded and complex and never managed to get anything out of.
However the Mountain Leader book or the green book has been my bible when preparing for my Mountain Leader. Whenever I forgot something from my training I just pulled this book out from my shelf and looked it up. I advise anyone interested in hillwalking to consider buying the Mountain Leader Handbook. |
