| I spent a lot of time down at Schumacher College, where Julia was the chef, and all of the meals that I ate during my year there came from her book. The food is easy to prepare, looks fantastic at the end and tastes simply wonderful. I really don't have any sort of a complaint or improvement for the recipes!

| I'm not even a vegetarian, and I love this book. There are many of Lemlin's dishes that are special enough for entertaining, and, as promised, they really are quick to fix. She doesn't fall into the exotic ingredient trap, either - one trip to the supermarket will do ya. I usually check cookbooks out from the library before I purchase them, and this one passed the test! |

| I don't subscribe to the raw foodist beliefs and certainly not to veganism, I follow a paleo type diet. I bought this book looking for some new vegetable dishes and because I like to eat a lot of stuff raw. First, this book is very well presented, full of mouthwatering photos that will really make you want to make the food.
