| I enjoy this book on a regular basis. Its upbeat and frank - occasionally hilarious - discussions and advice at the very least lift the spirit. | I saw this book advitised in 'More' magazine and had some good reviews so hubby and I bought it in our local 'Waterstones.' That was a good 2 years ago and we are STILL using it! Once you have used the book you can then use your own ideas based around ideas in the book, highly popular in the bedroom department!

| One word simply describes Aliende's latest : Aphrodisiac. This is not only in reference to the recipes of the book but also to the way she writes .Her stories of her life , the myth are all belnd marvelously put together and the result is a bible of what Aliende calls "The love of food and the food of love". | Transsexual biographies are a mixed bunch. Jan Morris's Conundrum is one of the few by a really good writer. Much of what she said resonated with my own experience of gender dysphoria and reading her book helped me through my own sex change. |
