| This book is an alleged christian book because it twists the scriptures and goes against what the word of God says. In my opinion this is not christian at all, but written from someone who I identify with cult practices. How come so many churches use this book when it goes against so many christian values and scriptures?? Do the christians that read this book read the bible? | I found this too wordy and deep for a simple soul such as myself however I did as advised on the Oprah site and sat with 2 marker pens in different colours to underline that which I understood and that which I didn't. Needless to say one colour got a heck of a bashing!!
I've given it 3 stars though because I did actually get some really good bits out of it which I jotted down on the spare blank pages at the back (in my own words so I would understand later) and for that it was worth reading/buying. ... Read More: |

| This book was excellent in preparing me and helping me pass the PIRT.
It gave me the cofidence I needed on the day and I would reccommend it to anyone thinking about applying for the police force. Go for it! |

| I read, and absolutely loved, 'The Game' by the same author, Neil Strauss so I was looking forward to reading his second book, The Rules of The Game. Overall I would say that I enjoyed the book, and would recomend it, however there were some flaws, and it definitely wasn't as good as The Game.

| Perhaps it's the slightly cockney come Jona'fon Woss' type pronunciation of the narrator/hypnotist that I found slightly 'upsetting' about my purchases. I was quite keen to try this cd having had good experiences with various Paul Mc Kenna books/cd's. Relaxation missing from his repetoir, I bought Complete Relaxation by Glenn Harrold (I also bought the Deep Sleep cd for which this review is equally applicable).

| I have to say I am extremely disappointed with this. Everyone at college has said you have just got to buy this book, its amazing. Is it?? No it isn't. Sagmeister is nowhere near being the design genius that he has been tagged with. When you compare it to Alan Fletcher, there is just no competition. I have seen far better work being displayed at the various university degree shows this year to be honest. Especially at Stoke, Birmingham and the fantastic illustration work at Bristol which was truly fantastic.

| I bought this book maybe expecting too much because I gained very little! The cover is lovely and the pages are lovely, but the content is very trivial and really only based on the author's favourite shops etc. I think the title is misleading it is not a Goddess Guide but someone who has written a book listing the things that they like. As the book went on I read less and less and finally just flicked through the last few pages. |

| I started reading this book after having read "Men are from Mars..." by John Gray. First few chapters appealed to me, following the first 3 chapters the more I read the more generalised it became, obviously I know these types of books are aimed for the majority, however this book became increasingly vague towards the end and I lost interest. Worth a look but nowhere near as good as John Gray books. |
