| This is an incredibly funny and extremely informative read. I have to give it 5 stars for it's innovation alone. We have a number of books in this area, all well written but none as enjoyable to learn from as this. Highly recommended. I'll be buying the toddler version once we're at that stage! |

| Having decided that my partner had some sort of personality problem and was "draining me dry" emotionally, I got the book on the basis of other Amazon reviews on it. WOW! WOW! There he was! The "lovable rogue" (even the cartoon picture of the personality type was HIM (incredible!)).Now I understood why he never asked me about my day, my life, my interests. Gray then uses the book as an excuse basically to adumbrate his previous ideas and strategies - clothed in 'post-modern' language, with the subtext that 'society has changed' since he wrote his last book. | I purchased this book on the strength of the review above and I was certainly not disappointed. This beautifully crafted book contains a collection of letters, notes and even texts of not only romantic exchanges but sometimes painful break ups. I particulary loved this book as it is very modern - no Jane Austin here - so it felt much more relevent. Highly recommend it - although have the tissues handy! |

| Read this in one night - and although I am at the beginning of the planning process - it made me laugh out loud, and I reckon it will be well-thumbed by the big day and beyond!!
Agree with the other reviewers, it is not very focussed on the actual planning - but is a great accompaniment to a countdown planner. |
