| Flouride is such a harmpul poison that it has not been allowed in our kids chemistry classrooms for many years - but we blindly ingest it twice a day when brushing our teeth. This is because the industry makes money by getting rid of their industrial waste - flouride - through our toothpaste. I have not used flouridated toothpaste for 15 years, - and my dental condition is as good as all my friends in my age group. |

| It is one of the best books I have read to contribute for anyone's health. L.Pauling's recommendations should be tried by anyone who has trouble with having colds and breathing problems. The book has so much information about vitamins that it's been very important for my own education about doctors and medicine. |

As a health researcher, I find the information in this book to be a really useful overview on everything from insomnia to fertility, and how they are are related to our internal bodyclocks. It seems to be well-researched and is written in an easy to read language. However, I use it as a resource, and wouldn't really want to read it from cover-to-cover for pleasure.
