| A lot of good has been said about this book by previous reviewers, so I'll only agree with those glowing remarks and add one warning to owners of other Body Control Pilates books -- this book just cuts and pastes entire paragraphs and pages of info from the first book "Body Control" and "The Pilates Prescription for Back Pain" (which is just another title for the "Body Control Back Book").

| This is a good book to have as part of a collection, but I certainly don't recommend it on its own, as it tends to suggest that fairly low dosages are as high as should be looked into. I do think it's a useful guide for understanding a lot of nutritional supplements, but would recommend it in companionship with the superb "Health Defence" by Paul Clayton and "Digestive Wellness" by Elizabeth Lipski. A useful reference tool. |

| Written by a former president of the National Institute of Medical Herbalists, this is a fairly comprehensive yet user friendly guide (for all) to herbs and their therapeutic use in humans. You'll need to use the index at the back, unless you're familiar with the latin binominal name of the plant you are looking for, but it IS otherwise a very good book if you're looking for one general herbal as an aide to personal use. |

| Working at a pre-school we often have children whose parents have never seen measles, impetigo etc before. Every spot that appears is usually "..oh my God its Meningitis!!!" This book will help them, and us, identify any spots or redness that appears on their child. This is a great book, with very clear, colour photos of common childhood rashes and a very imformative to all connected with children. |

| A really good book, which explains via clear colour pictures, and accompanying text how vital foot balance is in the horse.
There are also plenty of before and after shots too, to illustrate the difference a correct trim can make. |

| I brought this book about 3 months ago now. since I have started reading it I have managed to get my diet in to shape. This is the second nutrition book i have brought and I have found that it covers every aspect from losing weight to bulking up. it also covers about all the amino acids, proteins, cards, fibre, and anything else you can think of. i have already recommend this to a friend and I have had really good feed back from him as well. |
