| I was introduced to this book as one worth reading. How true that is! This is an easy to follow and heartfelt book. It offers a multitude of ideas for implementing better ways to think and more importantly, how to manage the thinking environment. That could be in meetings, conversations or 1:1. Its of some substance yet still accessible. This last point is not easy to create, as I can personally vouch as author of The Coaching Parent. I commend Nancy's work to you. |

| I found O'Connor & Lages's style to be useful and straightforward, with a continuous emphasis on practice. Very helpful for someone familiar with NLP and keen to use it in coaching. Regular reminders to avoid psychoanalysing clients and just helping them get on with their agenda proved very useful to me. Very useful book. |

| I'm using a version of this book which has a different cover to the one advertised, so hopefully this means that there is a new version of this book, which has fixed all the errors mentioned in other reviews. But, while this book is good for practicing higher level questions, many of the solutions are at best dubious, or at worst blatantly wrong/contradictory - which make it very confusing to use. I've used other similar publications and not been aware of such poor accuracy. Not to be recommended. |
