| I feel compelled to write a short note to counter some of the enthusiasm of this book's (and the restaurant's) devotees. I have not eaten at the restaurant in Italy, so I can't vouch for its delights, but I ordered this book with some anticipation, and was very disappointed. | This book has helped give me a fantastic sex life - seeing things from a woman's point of view and being able to pleasure her is very rewarding! And it works both ways too, especially if the girl has a copy of the book and you can practice together... For me, the girl in question is now my ex - but for the 4 years we were together, the sex was always exciting and adventurous - that is as a result of this book primarily! | It has been two years since I started my journey into Ashtanga and I still find myself referring back to this book on a regular basis when I am doing my personal practice. It spends little time on my bookshelf, instead it spends most of its time either beside me on my sofa or alongside my mat. I have rated it five stars, second only to my own instructor who I think rates a ten on sheer patience alone for putting up with me! PS: If you are buying the book, I would also recommend buying David Swenson's Primary Series DVD. |

My Auntie recommended this detox plan and we decided to do it at the same time so we could support each other as it was my first time. I must admit the initial outlay was expensive but then you've basically got what you need and just have to keep stocking up, although the items do tend to last a few weeks at a time. | This book is fab. I cook for twins who are 19 months old so I adapt the receipes to suit them. I think the recipes are very yummy, and my kids think so too. The aloha Kebabs are delicious - i cook extra for myself always. The children's favorite is the Avecado spread on their bread.
