| I bought this book for my final year and it's proved a really useful book to have. Not only is it a lot cheaper from Amazon but it's a lot smaller than the previous editions with a lot of the clinical nutrition taken out. it also comes with a cd-rom which contains a lot more in-depth reading, should you wish to know more. I've only just started my final year and already i've used it for various modules.

| I bought this CD in spring 2005 and I started to listen to it every day for the first couple of weeks. It really does relax you and the positive statements installed are retained in my memory and have helped me to be more positive, more confident and I have stopped making excuses for not doing things I have always wanted to do.

The diagrams are used to great effect and the chapter on protein folding is superb. This is a great buy for biochemists or undergraduates in chemistry who choose to study some biochem modules etc. |
