| I am a GP with over 40 years of experience. I found the book easy to read and understand. I am sure that it will be useful to people approaching the new exam but I think it is a worthwhile text for family doctors of any age or experience. |

| This book is an amazing overview of the function of the liver, the symptoms of a bad liver and how a diet can help you to improve your liver function.
Reading it answered many questions i had about why i had been feeling certain ways throughout my life. I didnt really know what the liver did before i read this but you soon find out it is essential to look after it. There are many reasons to read this book, not just losing weight, i recommend it to anyone interested in their own well being. |

| This book is really good. i am a second year physiotherapy student and just starting cardio respiratory and have found that this book has everything in it that i need and is well laid out and easy to read. if you are doing anything respiratory based this book is good for the theory and the practice and i would definitely recommend it! |

| Not what I'd call hypnotic writing.
The subject is tackled in an adequate fashion, but it is done in a dry way, with no prose at all. The pseudo-maths are not 100% convincing either. Not very captivating, Grinder and Co could have done better I think. |
