| This book is interesting, though no new ideas. But as a 'fan' of dieting, I need some motivation! Mine died when I reached the final chapters. This is the bit where she says the diet will only REALLY work if you take the right supplements - and you can buy the ones she developed, available from a website. It totalled something like £50 a month! Honestly, that put me off completely - I gave to book to Oxfam. |

| I bought this book for my 13 year old, what a well written funny book. It is written in an informative yet relaxed way that most normal teenagers will understand. Although we have a relaxed approach to answering sex questions there are some things a teenage boy just cant ask his parents, this book filled in the gaps. Buy it ! |

| I was very sinical at first, saying things like, "next in the sersis "the gift of 2 broken legs"

| I have tried hypnosis CDs previously (Paul McKenna) without results or significant effects so when i stumbled accross Glenn Harrolds CD i thought id have one last go with a different hypnotherapist.
The results have been better than i could have wished, i lost 6 pounds in around 10 days and have kept the weight off too! My weight is going down slowly and steadily and i think about food in a totally different way now. | Having read this book I should say from the outset that this method did not work for me, however, I have lent the book to over 5 friends of mine (Sorry!) and all have managed to as soon as finishing the book!!
I can honestly say that this is a very honest and well thought out method for quitting and am very happy I read it, because, ever since finishing it, whilst I haven't managed to break the habit... I have hated every cigarette since!!! Well Done!! If your a smoker... Please try this!!! |
