| Got bored on atkins.all too eggy somehow. This is different. The recipies are delicious. I have cooked 22 of them in the last month and they are lovely. The whole family has enjoyed them and it has got me enthusiastic and cooking again. The almond cake is great, onion bhajias the best i ever made and the thai meatballs are fab. I feel terrific and not deprived at all, on the contrary I feel I am eating better than ever before. the main problem is deciding what to cook next,(chilli bake I think!). |

| Some good ideas, but not the most easy reading. Overall, one of the very few sex education books out there that actually gave us any new ideas...but not exactly the easiest to read...very text heavy, and not many/any pictures to demonstrate.
Reads a bit too serious, and like a textbook...should be more fun reading. Perhaps it's geared more towards people who want to resolve a lull & so are more motivated to get through lots text with no photos or more concise bulletpoints... |

| This book really is as good as they say. The illustrations are superb and make it a worthwhile read just to appreciate the anatomy of the human body, but more importantly of course to understand what happens to which muscles during strength training.
The little sections explaining common injuries and how to avoid them are also a great benefit. Highly recommended. |

| This book really is as good as they say. The illustrations are superb and make it a worthwhile read just to appreciate the anatomy of the human body, but more importantly of course to understand what happens to which muscles during strength training.

| I was given this book, before starting my NC child care and early education, i then used if for both my level 2 and 3 SVQ modern aprrentice, and found this much easier to use than books supplied on the course's. I say this book is a must have for anyone studying or wishing to study childcare. |

| This book is fantastic, and I would highly recommend it to all new mums. It gives sensible and realistic advice, and its week by week format means that it is not too overwhelming to read when you first come out of hospital. I also found that any scares or questions I had relating to the baby were covered in the book, and it is a really useful reference book, even though it is not a huge tome. | I was seriously sceptical but open minded before I read this book. I have to say I found it worked!! Up to now, everything I have asked for has materialised but it does not happen by magic. It takes time, perseverence and dedication to the cause.
It is an easy and interesting read, not at all difficult to follow. Whether you call it cosmic ordering, wishful thinking, praying - it has certainly worked for me. |
