| Sue Martin's harrowing account of the physical and mental abuse and tortue at the hands of so-called carers has changed my perception of the charity under which she was placed. It is certainly one I'll never give to again. Not until they explain such treatment and what they intend to do to atone for their unspeakable inhuman behaviour towards children. |

| This book is interesting, though no new ideas. But as a 'fan' of dieting, I need some motivation! Mine died when I reached the final chapters. This is the bit where she says the diet will only REALLY work if you take the right supplements - and you can buy the ones she developed, available from a website. It totalled something like £50 a month! Honestly, that put me off completely - I gave to book to Oxfam. |

| First childbirth experience not nice, lots of intervention and PND. So for second pregnancy this book came recommended by a friend. Pure gold!! The book with it's history, philosophy and exercises made me feel empowered when it came to birthing. Gave birth to a beautiful baby boy 10lb 9!!Didn't think I was in labour, but when got to hospital was 8cm dilated!! A fantastic birthing experience which still gives me a buzz when I remember it. | As an aerobics instructor, I'm always looking to add variety to the toning section of my classes, and this book certainly filled a gap. This should be fine for the keen gym goer too. Really thorough, covers all the theory but explained simply, nice clear pictures, good teaching points. |

| I stumbled across this book on amazon as its not my usual read (may be now)
I found this book gripping and detailed, i felt i lived many moments with Suzanne, although her life may appear crazy to some she is a woman who knows what she likes and knows how to get it!!! Not a book for the faint hearted can be very graphic and erotic in places but a great insight for anyone with an open mind to sex. |

| This book is good but I read it after reading "why men love Bitches" and it was much the same, however I got on with the other book better, This book wasn't bad. But I have read better. The truth of the matter is love yourself before others can love you. Self respect and others will respect you. It's all about putting yourself first - men find pursuing you a mental challenge. |

| Hair - it's a touchy subject for most and one of those embarrassing things should your style be wrong. Despite that, the book does provide for some interesting styles and cuts. My partner really likes the book (it's her rating), and has trimmed a few of her friends' hairs. However I think this is a bit too obscure for me to give too much of an opinion. | Having read this book I am amazed at how little we know and are taught about our own bodies.
This book is very informative and reassuring and helps you appreciate just how complicated and clever nature is. When you go to the Dr's saying you want to try and conceive they should give you a copy and tell you to have a read - I am sure if we were all a bit more informed about how things work it would help save the NHS lots of money on fertility tests and treatments.
