| Another author jumping on the cholesterol band wagon. You know things are getting a bit much when you have two books with the same name.
Yes hardly eating any fat is bad for you. Yes lets write a book about it and earn a few bob. Yes lets include a rendition of terrible humour. Aaaargh !! | I love my organic products that I use & was really looking forward to this book arriving. I was surprised at the size of the book so found it excellent value for money. I like the idea that all products were tested on women for a reasonable amount of time, it made me feel more confident in buying the products. But saying that I was VERY DISSAPOINTED that there are hardly any products with the 3 daisy rating, seeing as there are loads of products out there which come under this catagory. | I was really disappointed by this book, I think it has a huge flaw in it, being that it has no dessert chapter. I'm a complete sugar junkie and the biggest part of being on a diet for me is finding ways to keepy my sweet tooth satisfied without hindering my diet progress.
Also, I have quite a fussy partner and a 3 year old daughter and I find that a lot of these recipes would not be suitable for them and being a busy mum I don't have time to cook seperate meals. I also found that the list of 'free' foods ... Read More: |

| I have an M.Sc degree in molecular biology, and for many years my mother (a psychologist) was trying to convince me of the link between body and mind, which I didn't disbelieve, but also couldn't understand from a biological point of view.
After reading the enlightening "Biology of belief" by Bruce Lipton, I devour this one in a week and I wish there were more books like this. | I cannot recommend this highly enough - it is the only book I have needed with my baby. It is practical and covers a huge range of topics in a simple and easy to read format. It is sensitively written and well balanced on subjects such as bottle or breastfeeding. It is full of excellent advice and facts so it can be used as a fantastic reference tool. |

| The guidelines for healthy eating - and healthy living - are the broadly same for us all. Eat a mixed diet with lots of grren leafy vegetables. If you are a woman of childbearing age you might consider a folic acid supplement for the sake of the baby.
This book is full of stuff and nonsense. Don't waste your money on this pseudoscience. |

| Sue Martin's harrowing account of the physical and mental abuse and tortue at the hands of so-called carers has changed my perception of the charity under which she was placed.
