| My IHM tutor recommended this book. As a previous review states, it gives you the history and benefits, without being boring. Written in a very simplistic way, that gives clear instructions and photos/diagrams, it's excellent. It gives various different techniques, including a section on self massage. Highly recommend it. |

| I bought this after reading 'The Journey' book (which you have to have read first). I loved the book and felt ready for the next step i.e. to do the journey. As my journey wasnt something I wanted to share with another the cd was the best way forward, however take note, it is a very difficult process to do on your own. You need to keep stopping to write down your notes and if you get 'stuck' on a level it is very difficult without a lot of practise to 'drop through'. It does really help with the ... Read More: |

| This is the third book I bought on soapmaking, by the time I bought it I had already made several batches of soap fom the other two books but was not satisfied with the results.
This book goes into more depth and is very interesting aswell! It contains everything you need to know in my opinion and has some very good supplier references. | I found this book extremely helpful. Explanations are clear and concise. Sketches really help visualise how to do it. Really helpful if you are wanting to give it a go but you are not sure where to start or whether you are doing things correctly. The chapters on development are very good too.
