| I found this book extremely helpful. Explanations are clear and concise. Sketches really help visualise how to do it. Really helpful if you are wanting to give it a go but you are not sure where to start or whether you are doing things correctly. The chapters on development are very good too. You can go through each stage of your baby's development and check very simply whether the baby is ready to move on to the next stage. | This book is an excellent introduction to an interesting but difficult subject. Filled with diagrams and colour dissection pictures I would highly recommend it as an accompaniment to a medical course in Neuroanatomy. At times the sentence structure could be clearer, but overall a very good investment for medics in their early career. |

| This is a wonderfully easy to follow self-help book from the founder of TFT. The approach is demonstrated with confidence and the examples seem pretty convincing. One wonders why the scientific and therapy community are so low key about taking this method up. It inspired me to undertake a training in Thought Field Therapy, and I have found it to be a very inspiring book! |

| This was bought for a friend who seems to have fallen for the raft of books decrying any use for modern medicine, yet failing to make much sense about the potential of alternatives (traditional medicines are ignored in favour of whatever new, usually unsubstantiated ideas, guarantee to get a new batch of gullible readers) except observations that the authors seem to have made in their own clinics.

| i am currently studying holistic therapy and this book was recommended by my tutor. It is one of the best reflexology books i have purchased as it really helped me with my case studies, the book is interesting, well written and easy to understand. I would highly recommend this book too anyone hoping to become a reflexologist. |

| This is an interesting read but no help at all. It is like going to a doctor with a back pain only to be told that there is a cure but they are not going to tell you what it is. OK I accept that my neck pain is caused caused by my brain not being able to face up to something else and all I have to do tell myself there is nothing physically wrong and ignore my neck pain. Well I have tried that guess what ... it didn't work. Now what ?????? Seems to me this book is nothing more than a brochure for the author's private clinic.

| Ive been a personal trainer for a while now and ive always questioned our so called correct nutrition, when i read this it made more sense then any textbook ive read and so now ive incorporated it into my diet, im not fully raw yet but i plan to be by end of year.
great read and insightful. give this a read and it might just open your eyes or at least start the process. |

| This is an excellent book.I can recommend this to any one who wants to look young without botox. This realy works.I saw the difference in my face within about 2 weeks.I don't do all the massages only ones I think are relevent to me.This takes about 15 min a day which is not bad.Try it and you'll love it. |
