| This book is written in very easily digestible chunks for the lay person, with the final chapter outlining in a nutshell how to get rid of yeast infection. Useful recommendations are additionally provided on PMS, which often goes hand in hand with yeast infection. One of the recommendations to clear yeast infection is to cut out dairy products. | Glenn Harrold does a good job. You get influenced by his voice in a very positive way. I do not agree with his concept of the seven chakras, but that is up to you. |
