| I have only recently been introduced to this book and for its price it is excellent. It gives useful overviews of most of the commonly used essential oils but it is most useful if you want an easy introduction to the chemistry behind them. In conjunction with the Caddy Blending Calculator (CD) this can greatly assist in the understanding of synergistic blending. |

While it does offer instruction in bringing about the relaxation response through meditation, there is also much supporting medical evidence, and examples of the approaches taken by practitioners of different religions through time. | This is a good addition to the authors' previous book. It isn't the usual blah, blah, blah, but scientific information which amount to common sense. I am grateful to the authors for keeping me and my wife young at heart. I was happy to buy for my wife this book as "her own" copy, after we both extensively studied the original "Younger Next Year". Another great book that I highly recommend is "Can We Live 150 Year". In fact these two titles should be sold in one package. |

| This will make a great present even if its just for yourself. The cards are in my opinion the best angel cards on the market, the most accurate oracle cards ive ever used and I hear the same from everyone who buys them. As for the DVD its like having a lesson with Miss Virtue herself who is friendly and explains in a relaxed and encouraging manor. | I won't say this is the one and only book or resource you will ever need -- there really are so many good ones out there. But they don't get better than this.
May not be a glossy text, full of pictures of perfect bodied former dancers, but the photos and illustrations are perfectly suited to the style of the book... No nonsense, clear, concise, puts you back in control of getting better. I love my chiropractor, send her cards at the holidays, invite her to my child's birthday parties, but I don't ...
