| I'm currently studying aromatherapy and I'm finding this book really useful! It covers all the basic aspects you need to know including the history of essential oils, health and safety, business aspects aswell as covering many essential oils and how to mix them for different ailments.
The best thing about this book is the tasks. There are spaces for you to answer questions and fill in diagrams which I find helps learn things much quicker! Must for aromatherapy students! |

| Decided to give this book a go. What I like about it is the fact you have a section for everything - what is cellulite ? Before and after photos, suggested food for the month, salon treatments and excersise programme.
Everything is reasonable or achievable. The food is not out of the ordinary so it's good on the purse, the exercises are not over powering or difficult and there are loads of hints and tips on creams and even advice on salon treatments if you budget allows. The before ... Read More: |

| I purchased this book as I was studying Beauty Therapy and needed to pass an exam for Anatomy & Physiology. I didn't find this book very helpful, it seems to expect you to colour in/label diagrams and do quick fire rounds which would be great for revision or as a memory exercise but there were no answers so there was no way of knowing if you was right or not. I also found that there were more questions in the book than explainations of how the body works! I had to purchase another book now which I have found ... Read More: |

| She may be a little bit spoiled, but hey, she's kept her man in a world where most walk away, has 3 kids, looks amazing (albeit a bit too thin for my tastes) and still has energy left to launch perfumes and do shows and design fashion!
