| I bought this book maybe expecting too much because I gained very little! The cover is lovely and the pages are lovely, but the content is very trivial and really only based on the author's favourite shops etc. I think the title is misleading it is not a Goddess Guide but someone who has written a book listing the things that they like. As the book went on I read less and less and finally just flicked through the last few pages. |

| I found this book really helpful, My wardrobe was full of clothes that didnt do anything for me, I never knew what to put on in the morning, I got confused between style and fashion and just put on my safe clothes instead. This book helps you to bring out your own style and its so easy. I had the ultimate compliment from my husband, he said I looked good but it didnt look like I'd tried at all. I've been trying to do that for years (I'm 42!!) |

| I gave this book to a friend of mine for her young cousin and she just loved it. the tips are great. the presentation of the book with the lovely pink cover and great illustrations really catch your eye. It doesnt disappoint in any way. The advice is written beautifully and in an informative but easily read style. Teenage girls will love it,and the older generation will be sneaking a look too !!! buy it its great fun and knowledge all at the same time. |

| I teach the ITEC A&P qualification and know only too well how difficult it is to find a text book written at the level required to support the course and syllabus (A level).
I have used the Louise Tucker book for the last four years but it lacks decent illustrations and contains a shocking number of mistakes, even after a trillion editions - its biggest critism. | This is a very good book with very clear instructions, the illustrations are helpful to give you an idea of what your own batch should look like. Melinda Coss prefers to hand stir her soap, I, however would recommend a stick blender as most soaps will trace in a matter of minutes this way. If you have time on your hands I am sure stirring is very theraputic, for myself making a batch of soap is something I do once the kids have gone to bed so a stick blender is just the trick. |

| I first ordered this book on the 11th Oct 2007 and was told by Amazon that it would be delivered at the end of Oct 2007 which was fine. The end of October came and I recieved an email saying that there had been a delay and I would be recieving the book by the end of November 2007. This was an inconvienience but something which I was prepared to happen. | This was a fantastic book, with some very interesting viewpoints and information. I found the relationship between the samurai honour system and traditional japanese tattooing particularly intreguing, and the photography and sketches provided a great insight to the visual elements described in this book. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to know a bit more! |
