| If you're anything like me and want to make food for your little one with things like butternut Ssquash or beetroot but haven't got a clue what to do with them then this is definitely the book for you - in fact even if you don't this is a fab book!!

| At first I thought this book was brilliant but actually it's got incorrect information in it which could be a danger to your child and I couldn't trust it!!
In the 4-7 month category it has recipes for oats and meat. If you're weaning your child before 6 months you should know that you cannot give meat to them and only gluten free oats, which it doesn't mention. | This is a brilliant book, looking at the farmers who grow and develop various organic produce. It is written in a month-to-a-chapter format, with each chapter highlighting a particular sector of the organic industry, IE bakery, dairy, meat etc. It has some excellent tips on growing your own produce and tells you what you should be doing in your garden at each point in the year. This was very interesting to read and helpful in increasing my knowledge of organic food and it's benefit in one's diet. |

| A book full of good ideas , a boon to those of us with limited ideas for cooking vegetables. The recipes seem to be relative foolproof and easy to follow. The results have been good to eat and I have yet to have a failure. The author has a good easy to read style and the cooking instructions are easy to follow with no dependence on cooking skills. As much use to the non-vegetarian as to the vegetarian. Excellent value. The author should produce more! |

| Excellent book, with an introduction on each meat type on the things to look out for, how the animals are kept and what impact that has on flavour, plus schemes of the cuts. There are loads of recipes in the book, from all over the world and the ones we have tried were delicious. There are also sections on goat and kid meat and veal (pink, organic veal that is) that are rarely to be found in other cookery books. There is also a section on cooking for a crowd which seems a brilliant idea. |
