I found myself so much in toads situation, a friend gave me this book. I hadn`t read a paper or watched tv for weeks, I read this book in a couple of days! This book is not only useful to inspiring herons but also to us depressed toads. I loved this book and am now in agreement to attend for counselling,couldn`t recommend it highly enough! I discovered this book after reading a book on how the 'Milton Model' can be used in NLP. Although perhaps primarily aimed at therapists, I found the stories very readable and along with the commentaries, perfect examples of the power of language. It seems to me that Milton Erikson had a phenomenal insight into human behaviour and much can be learned from these, 'teaching tales.'

I fully agree about the quality of this book's content. It is also a quality paperback and therefore quite heavy: don't buy it from the sort of seller who uses flimsy jiffy bags if you like your books in good condition!
