| I only wish I knew that this book was a book about an Atkins type diet. I am vegetarian and nowhere on the cover does it say not suitable for vegetarians. I tried Atkins and ended up in hospital with a bowel blockage. I was disappointed that I had spent money on this book which did not go with my vegetarian lifestyle. |

| Got bored on atkins.all too eggy somehow. This is different. The recipies are delicious. I have cooked 22 of them in the last month and they are lovely. The whole family has enjoyed them and it has got me enthusiastic and cooking again. The almond cake is great, onion bhajias the best i ever made and the thai meatballs are fab. I feel terrific and not deprived at all, on the contrary I feel I am eating better than ever before. the main problem is deciding what to cook next,(chilli bake I think!). |

| I bought this book on a whim as I've only a small bit of weight to lose, but I travel quite a lot so I was interested in the detox aspect of it as well. Every body needs a tune up now and then and this is a great way to do it. If you're looking to shed a few pounds or give your system a boost, I highly recommend this book. I felt more energized, slept better, had healthier skin and was in higher spirits than usual after following this program, it's fantastic.

| I love this little book and its small enough to carry around (why do cookbooks have to be so big). An ideal book for a vegan beginner or those of love western style comfort foods (which I do!).
