| This is an excellent book.I can recommend this to any one who wants to look young without botox. This realy works.I saw the difference in my face within about 2 weeks.I don't do all the massages only ones I think are relevent to me.This takes about 15 min a day which is not bad.Try it and you'll love it. |

| This quite basic, book of massage therapy is excellent for anybody embarking on a massage course. It has clear photographs of the most used massage strokes, as well as helpful information on client consultation and some basic a & p. For the student who already has a good knowledge of anatomy and physiology (or a good book for that subject) then this is worth getting for the beginning of your course. |

| Bought this prior to starting a course in Reflexology, have read through quite a bit, and in humble opinion the book is great. Nice balance of history, approach, technical and application, for someone like me its prised open my skeptical mind a little more prior to actually starting the course. | when i bought this book(december 2006) i had high hopes. i like many others thought that because arnold had a terrific physique he obviously had superior knowledge than anyone else in the bodybuilding world. im fairly ectomorphic, skinny, small jointed etc, so i wanted to build myself up to a respectable size, so i got started on the routine in the book and what happened? i did 4months solid of 6 days a week every week and had pretty much nothing to show for it, mainly just reduced bodyfat due to long workouts ... | i am currently studying holistic therapy and this book was recommended by my tutor. It is one of the best reflexology books i have purchased as it really helped me with my case studies, the book is interesting, well written and easy to understand.
