| I started using this regime in my late 30's and am now 50. I followed the instructions rigidly and although time consuming initially once you get to the advanced stage it only takes about ten minutes three times per week. Persist and you will be rewarded. | I'm one of those people who is forever buying magazines and books in the hope that i'l find out more hair and makeup hints and tips, and this book really hits the spot!
Full of facts and tips that I have never heard before (and i have heard A LOT) its a brilliant buy for those who like 2 keep upto date with their beauty regimes |

| This is a very good book with very clear instructions, the illustrations are helpful to give you an idea of what your own batch should look like. Melinda Coss prefers to hand stir her soap, I, however would recommend a stick blender as most soaps will trace in a matter of minutes this way. If you have time on your hands I am sure stirring is very theraputic, for myself making a batch of soap is something I do once the kids have gone to bed so a stick blender is just the trick. |

| This is an excellent book.I can recommend this to any one who wants to look young without botox. This realy works.I saw the difference in my face within about 2 weeks.I don't do all the massages only ones I think are relevent to me.This takes about 15 min a day which is not bad.Try it and you'll love it. |

| This is the third book I bought on soapmaking, by the time I bought it I had already made several batches of soap fom the other two books but was not satisfied with the results.
This book goes into more depth and is very interesting aswell! It contains everything you need to know in my opinion and has some very good supplier references. | This is the kind of book you can just sit down and enjoy. I've read it several times myself and my friends and family are always picking it up when they come over. It is that type of book. Beautiful photographs, clear instructions and drawings, with makeup styles which are still fashionable today, you can read in detail, or just flick through, it is absorbing. (Just leave it on your coffee table - you'll soon discover how popular it is!)
