| This is a brilliant book, looking at the farmers who grow and develop various organic produce. It is written in a month-to-a-chapter format, with each chapter highlighting a particular sector of the organic industry, IE bakery, dairy, meat etc. It has some excellent tips on growing your own produce and tells you what you should be doing in your garden at each point in the year. This was very interesting to read and helpful in increasing my knowledge of organic food and it's benefit in one's diet. |

| As I had only read one other of Jeannie Johnson's book prior to this (Loving Enemies) and had so much enjoyed that I was looking forward to another good read.
'Where the Wild Thyme Blows' did not disappoint. The lives of Beth and Abigail, two woman of different class, and yet both struggling with life in their own way made this a sad but warm story for me. Very enjoyable. |
