| Awesome book! I've read most of it, reading what I wanted to know straight away and I have learnt so much already. I can't imagine what it will be like when I read it more in depth and try all the exercises.
My girlfriend was amazed how much I improved and I had only read half of the book by then. It gives you some great tips for lovemaking as well as self-pleasure. I used to be a bit addicted to porn before this book but I've not been on porn since I picked this book up! ... Read More: |

| This very interesting and useful book is spoiled by the "don't try this at home" type caveat of the author. Apparently you need to sign up to his Universal Healing Tao System. Quite apart from it being a commercial puff, the author says you'll need to get in contact with one of his agents, or you might do yourself an injury by working unsupervised on the exercises. | I'm not sure whether to praise this or condemn it. The book "reveals" higher teachings that are in fact taught in external martial arts at a fairly high level, they are not secrets. I too like Mantak Chia studied Thai Boxing and Aikido before going on to Tai Chi, and it's fairly clear to see where his ideas have come from. This book does a good job of setting forth the ideas often missed from tai chi, that is you can't fight if you're not grounded and the use of spiral force, so often talked about so often completely misunderstood ...
