| I had been given numerous books on pregnancy, all of which I found were quite patronising really, or do this, don't do this etc.
This is NOT like those other books - it is brilliant and funny, and is my week by week bible/bedtime read! Written by a real person talking about real things in a real language that we can understand and relate to. I'm now here to buy her next book, which I can only imagine will be just as good! | I cannot recommend this book highly enough, and am hugely surprised to be the first person to review it.
Like most parents, when we discovered we were expecting a new arrival, we headed to the bookshops for help! We bought several books to help us - but this was easily the most helpful. Well written, extremely helpful, funny and thought provoking. If you dont want to be lectured, but want someone 'on your side', then this is the book for you. |

| Kaz keeps it real with her down to earth journal entries at the beginning of each week. These are followed by serious pages of relevant info according to the week you're in. You can even keep note of how you're feeling with her sporadic pages of questions, so it may become a great keepsake too. |

It's good because it helps you to become happy with yourself and not to worry about the outside becasue it's the inside that counts. It is written in an easily readable way with some quite funny bits involved. There are cartoons and boxes with peoples questions and stories which makes the book seem more real as it involves stuff that has happened to real people and how they feel about their appearance.
