| This diet is my idea of torture, I happily read the blurb and was even excited at the prospect of diet, and unfortunately this was short lived.
The first juice resembled a dark green colour, has the most awful smell, stagnant pond water is an apt description. About half way through consuming this juice, I threw it up. I did persevere, but most of the juices are disgusting. Don't bother wasting your money on this book. |

| This book is really easy to read, clear and informative. The juicing plan is outlined well and I feel, much better than his previous book 7lbs in 7 days (although I still loved that one!). This plan is more easy to follow and fit into family life. The basic principles are the same; juice/smoothie for breakfast and lunch, and soup for dinner. This then extends after 7 days to a more flexible plan juice/smoothie for breakfast and lunch for 5 days a week then just replace the soup to a healthy meal.

| I love this book, infact I love juicing. Jason is a great inspiration and juicing certainly helped me to a healthier and trimmer body. I have tried most of the recipes and all of them taste wonderful. The vegetable ones are a great way to use up the excess stock from my allotment.
I didn't even buy this book - it came free with my juicer, now that's a bargain. |

| Finally, I've found somebody who has told me that dieting doesn't work and actually PROVED to me that he's right! I never would have believed it but I've found the solution to my health and weight problems all in one book (or two - because I found the 7 lbs in 7 days juicing plan an absolute 'must'). This man talks little rubbish, doesn't pussy-foot around with words and makes complete and utter sense just as long as you're open to admitting it! You really cannot disagree with anything here. | I bought this book on the back of so many good reviews but it was unable to help me in solving my long-term issues with food.
The book contains really good information and is a worthwhile read but I don't think it's the solution for everyone. It didn't get to the root of my psychological issues and didn't help me out of my poor thought patterns. Try it, it may work for you, then again it may not. |

| My name is Jason Vale and I am the author of this book. I don't usually look at my own reviews, but decided to take a little look.
I wrote this book some time ago and I have to agree with some of the comments. The recipe names are extremely bad puns and I cringe myself when I look back at them. I have changed them, but that won't be until the next print run. I have never pretended to be the best writer in the world and I write my books with everyone in mind. | This book is great, just what I needed.
I've gone from eating 20 100g bars of expensive organic choc per week (!) to none! I just don't want to eat it any more. I've seen it for what it really is. I now have the money and energy to do the things I like to do! |
