| ...well technically it has two, but they are really just variations of each other.
I would reccomend using 'Dove Farm white gluten free flour' instead of the quinoa flour though - trust me! also, use muffin cases instead of fairycake cases and the cakes will be proper size. The 'Chocolate Gluten Freedom Cupcakes' are brilliant. No-one will know that they are gf unless you tell them. [although they're only good on the day of making and the day after]. | wow! i've got numerous vegan cookbooks, some of which contain the odd valuable recipe, but this is something else. every recipe sounds delicious and they are by no means hard to make. although quite a few of the recipes have fairly long prep times, they are definately worth it. my omni boyfriend is even impressed at his delicious vegan dinner. one really good thing about this book is that at the beggining there are a couple of chapters on how to cook a grain, how to cook a veg, and descriptions of different ... | This book is fabulous. Being a recently converted veggie to vegan due to my son's allergies I was struggling a bit, particularly with cakes and puddings. but WOW! the recipes in here are just superb.
the pancakes were to die for, I don't think I'll ever go back to the regular version. the macadamia blondies went within 24hrs of being made and the whole family has enjoyed "fronch" toast and so many of the other scrummy recipes in here.
