| I was really disappointed by this book, I think it has a huge flaw in it, being that it has no dessert chapter. I'm a complete sugar junkie and the biggest part of being on a diet for me is finding ways to keepy my sweet tooth satisfied without hindering my diet progress.
Also, I have quite a fussy partner and a 3 year old daughter and I find that a lot of these recipes would not be suitable for them and being a busy mum I don't have time to cook seperate meals. I also found that ... Read More: |

| This book is a good introduction to Slimming World's food optimising diet but doesn't provide enough information to stay on the diet long term. To use your own recipes or eat pre-prepared food you will need the full lists of free foods and sin values. You can only get these if you join a class or pay another £10 to get the books direct from Slimming World. | My Mother in Law gave me this book for christmas as I was interested in the slimming world diet. What a fantastic book, just as it says 30 minute meals that are easy to to cook and taste delicious. As yet nothing has failed us, infact we have even tried recipes that we would not normally try. I have shown this to a few friends and thay love it and have also ordered it. |

| This recipe book has a great range of menus from quick and easy snacks to preparing a full meal. Only criticism I would say is that alot of the recipes don't have pictures, yet there is always space to put a small one in - it's difficult to imagine what these recipes will or should look like when done correctly! |
