I followed the 28 Day Plan and was delighted to lose 9lbs! The best bits about using the Plan were: it was family friendly (important with teenage children!) in that all members of the family enjoyed many of the recipes - indeed many of them we're still using; I slept much better; felt more 'alive' and enjoyed increasing the amount of exercise I did; the meals had lots of flavour; and the great thing was that, the weight (for once!) has STAYED OFF!
I can thoroughly recommend this 28 Day Plan, it is highly effective and also fun to use. This is the sort of Plan you can easily repeat if you wanted to lose more weight.

I found this book easy to read, informative, full of good practical advice(without being patronising!). Easy to follow, tasty recipes. I have managed to lose weight and feel healthier and would certainly recommend it to others.

This is an extremely impressive book, important, I think, not just for those who have a heart condition but also for everyone. It's easy to read, and actually it's fun to read, full of jokes and cartoons -(Dr Cutting has a wicked sense of humour) - and it's packed with really important information about diet and health. It's great to be given the evidence behind all the crucial dos and don'ts. It makes it easy to understand the major benefits of making diet and lifestyle changes.
And the case for those changes seems irrefutable. There are no fads here, thank goodness, just clear simple to follow factual advice - plus recipes I'm actually looking forward to trying out! Dr Cutting has made me feel a genuine enthusiasm about deciding it's time to improve my health. I shall keep this book nearby to reread , because I do feel it's all in here (and there is so much in this book!) and finally, I think, I do get it. If I want a fit healthy life (and I do) it's up to me to get the message and act on it. Thank you, Dr Cutting!
