| It worked fine for a while, but....
a critical error came up, 'engine faiure' I e-mailed Acronis, 3 times -no response -ever. I uninstalled it, cleaned the registry and re-installed it as per web site suggestions. The installation won't run, claims its interrupted and uninstalls itself. E-mailed the tech support - twice. They never replied.
