I use the drive to backup two internal hard disks and a 250MB USB drive using the NTI Shadow backup software that came with the drive. Basically NTI Shadow is easy to use, perhaps deceptively so. It took me some hard learned lessons about its limitations before I could set it up reliably. First, it does not backup 'open' files.
