I have not been to the gym since my daughter has been born ( 1 years old now) and I have lost my confidence and I don't really have the time to go with having 2 little ones and working part time as well. so this dvd is great to start u off and whenever u have got a spare couple of minutes. She explains really well how to do everything and keeps reminding you throughout the particular exercise what to do. I am definitely fitter, feel great and am more toned. No annoying chatting either - just clear instructions and encouragement! Rating: - Glad I got this...I was looking for a work out that was flexible enough to fit into the ever changing time I had available each day (sometimes 20 mins, sometimes and hour, etc), with variety that worked on all the usual problem areas.
