Write speeds are excellent, even with RAW capture. This card with hold 1000 JPG (normal) shots on my 6.1MP Nikon, and nearly 300 in RAW. If you're looking at this and thinking 'why not buy a big 4GB or 8GB card', which are pretty cheap also, check first to make sure your camera supports SDHC (which most of the big MB cards are) - don't get stuck!
