This is quite simply the best programme for changing your body shape. I use Jenny Rivett (with Lorraine Kelly - Figure Happy) for my aerobics, and Callanetics three times a week to tone. It really does give you those fast results promissed, BUT personally I find the "10 years younger in 10 days" to slow paced and boring.
