Its very easy to dip in and out of, and you can see easily what to expect in future months! You can either read it on a month by month basis or use the index at the back. I cannot recommend it enough and it has put both mine and my husband's mind at ease when we're confused. Whether you are a first time mum wanting a bible or are looking for the ideal present for a mother to be, this has got to be it. It has covered every aspect for the first year, which you would expect, but it was not one of those books which tells you which way is best.
