| This was an inspiring and moving account of one person making a huge difference in the world. It certainly renewed my faith in the essential kindness of humans, despite the "bigger" stories that make the news more frequently. Despite being a story about charitable actions, it is not at all preachy and the co-author's journalism background is evident in how the story moves quickly and keeps you turning the pages. |

| I find the mixed reviews fascinating! I say, "When a fairytale takes you in an unexpected direction ENJOY IT!" I loved "Breaking Dawn"! For so many it was not the ending that they were anticipating,however,I thought that Stephenie was leading us there throughout the entire saga. Everything else that was written was simply a lead up to the breathtaking ending. | This book has many helpful psychological tricks for those of us who know we require self-help. They are but a validation for the philosophy that goes against the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
Tolle quotes Jesus in this book often, and mostly completely wrongly. He does not take the picked-out words in context of the whole chapter he takes it from. | I got this book base on the good reviews and it's a bestseller. I just don't get the point of this story, what is the story really? Because I don't see much changes or happen to the characters till the end, like the other reviews

| This book was very disappointing. I LOVE to cook, and found the recipes were very labour intensive (all that puree-ing, even for someone who loves to be in the kitchen...give me a break!). The foods I prepared were ixnayed by my kids, and my husband who eats almost anything wasn't so impressed either. I wish I could return it, but I've thrown out my receipt. | I read this book because I have been hearing about it for months and I couldn't resist seeing what it was all about.
I found myself on an emotional rollercoaster that I had no intention of getting off of. Rather than reading a work of fiction, I felt like God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit were "limiting themselves" (as the book calls it) to join me in a capacity I could grasp.
