| this cookbook is the outstanding sequel to skinny bitch....and if you loved that book, you need to get this one...the recipes are pretty good...but some make a lot more then what the recipe states..eg; bitchin breakfast burrito was good but was supposed to serve 4 people it could easily serve six..unless you have a huge appetite. the sushi recipe was also good but made alot....i am only cooking for 1 person though. so a person with a couple people to feed would probably love the size of theses recipes..overall ... I feel this book aided in setting higher standards in the health and fitness setting at my current workplace. | This book is excellent, particularily for canadian women. It is however a most useful tool in coping with learning to be a widow. I used it for several months after I lost my husband, and then eventually passed it on to another widow. I have also given these books away to other widows of industrial accidents. I try to keep one on hand for any such occasion. I would recommend it highly. |
